Each order, placed by post, fax, telex, phone or any other way, implies the acceptance of the following terms :

1. PRICE
This price list cancels and replaces all the previous ones. The prices are net, exclusive of sales tax, ex-works Bordeaux. These prices can be changed, without previous notice, according to currency, material or economic situation fluctuations.
2. PAYMENT
The orders accompanied by the payment only, and except particular conditions, will be considered. Our prices are always discount net. Too late payment will bring about extra bank charges (rate of 1,5% per month).
3. SAMPLE
Every ordered sample will be invoiced at the column A price + postage costs.
4. FIRST ORDER
As we only deal with professionals, the first order must be placed by post on a headed paper and accompanied by the payment.
5. POSTAGE PAID
Postage paid is granted for all orders above 500 Euros - normal freight by our forwarder to one place in France (except Corsica and French overseas departments). If other, postage costs will be added.
6. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods travel at the consignee's risks, whatever the chosen means of transport. In case of damage, the consignee has to make the reserves to the forwarder who is in charge of the shipment. No return of goods will be accepted without our previous agreement.
7. ARTICLES
Our catalog is not contractual. Changes of technical and quality specifications may appear on our products without our responsibility being involved.
The sold articles are mainly import products. Therefore their origine may vary for a same category of products. Slight differences of color or design can not be the cause of refusal of the acceptation of the order. No claim will be accepted, whatever the reason , if the goods supplied without any printing are contested after transformation. Confirmity control of the goods is to be done by the customer as soon as received / and before any transformation.
8. DELIVERY
All the articles of our catalogue are usually on stock. In case of out-of-stock products, the company MAILLET can not be considered responsible and no compensation or indemnity will be due on any account. The delivered quantities may vary of + or - 10% because of production factors. They will be fully owed and invoiced according to the current price list.
9. MARKING
Slight differences of color, appearance or position can not be the cause of the refusal of the acceptation of an order. Technical costs are in addition and payable at the first order (free for the following orders within one year). For a re-order, if one element of the initial marking (whatever this element) has changes, the technical costs will be invoiced again.
10. FINAL CORRECTED PROOF
After acceptation of a firm order, a final corrected proof can be supplied on request (per fax) for free. Be careful it may make the delivery time longer. A prototype can be made for significant orders. It will be invoiced 40 € minimum (and 80 € if four-colour printing) + technical costs + article. Moreover the production of a "embroidery" article will be invoiced 20 €, programm and article in addition.
Every change in this prototype will create a new invoicing of these costs.
11. ARTWORK
If the supplied marking elements are not precise enough and if it is necessary to make a total touching up of the graphism or a creation of initials or design, the creation costs will be invoiced on a base of 30 € (exclusive tax) per hour.
12. PROPERTY RESERVE CLAUSE
The transfer of property occurs after the complete payment of the sold articles price only, even after liquidation.
13. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
In case of lawsuit, the Court of BORDEAUX only is competent.
